Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules for using Crushbit. By using the App, you agree to follow these guidelines. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

1. Be Real

Crushbit is for genuine people seeking real connections.

  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
  • Be yourself. Your profile must represent you accurately. Do not impersonate others.
  • Use real photos. All photos must be of you. No celebrity photos, stock images, or AI-generated faces.
  • Complete verification. Liveness verification confirms you're a real person and that your profile photos are actually of you.
  • Be 18+. Crushbit is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

2. Be Respectful

Treat others the way you want to be treated.

  • No harassment. Do not threaten, bully, stalk, or intimidate other users.
  • No hate speech. Do not attack or demean people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic.
  • Accept rejection gracefully. Not everyone will be interested, and that's okay. Do not pressure, guilt, or harass someone who isn't interested.
  • Keep conversations appropriate. Unsolicited sexual content or messages are not allowed.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is not allowed anywhere on Crushbit:

  • Nudity and sexual content. No nude photos, sexually explicit images, or pornographic content.
  • Violence and graphic content. No images or descriptions of violence, gore, or self-harm.
  • Minors. No photos of minors (anyone under 18), even if they are your own children.
  • Illegal content. Nothing that promotes or depicts illegal activity.
  • Dangerous content. Nothing promoting dangerous activities, substances, or self-harm.
  • Hate symbols. No imagery associated with hate groups or movements.

4. Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors are not allowed:

  • Spam and solicitation. Do not use Crushbit to advertise, sell products, or promote services.
  • Scams and fraud. Do not attempt to deceive, defraud, or manipulate other users for money or personal information.
  • Catfishing. Do not use fake photos or personas to deceive others.
  • Bots and automation. Do not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the App.
  • Data harvesting. Do not scrape, collect, or misuse other users' information.
  • Platform manipulation. Do not attempt to circumvent safety measures, verification, or moderation systems.

5. Games and Matching

Play fair and be genuine.

  • Be yourself. Play games authentically—how you play reveals who you are.
  • No gaming the system. Do not try to manipulate the matching algorithm.
  • Embrace the experience. Crushbit is designed around games. Give it a real shot.

6. Safety First

Your safety and the safety of others matters.

  • Meet safely. When meeting someone in person, choose public places and tell someone where you're going.
  • Protect your information. Don't share personal information (address, financial details, etc.) with people you just met.
  • Report concerns. If someone makes you feel unsafe, report them immediately.
  • Trust your instincts. If something feels wrong, it probably is.

7. Enforcement

We take violations seriously. Depending on severity, violations may result in:

  • Warning
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent ban
  • Reporting to law enforcement (for illegal activity or credible threats)

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

8. Reporting Violations

If you see something that violates this policy:

We review all reports and take appropriate action. Reporting is confidential.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
